I ended a normal period nov18 and now i'm spotting and have cramps. i did a pregnancy test it was -, what could be going on? do i retest another day?

Normal variation: Irregularities in menstrual periods are not uncommon. Retesting is not warranted at this time. If you miss your period by 4-5 days, then you may re do the test, use first morning urine and follow the instructions in the kit carefully.
