Aeromonas: Aeromonas is a bacteria that is sometimes found in the stool during a self-limited diarrheal disease. It sometimes also causes wound infections. It is not usually known to cause fatigue or malaise. If you have a normal immune system, it is probably not the cause of your symptoms, but you should defer to your physician's recommendations, since he is aware of your clinical setting. Good luck.

Aeromonas: there are many species of aeromonas, aeromonas hydrophila may cause wound infection and diarrhea when food contaminated with it is ingested, patients who have weak immune system and who are infected may have other symptoms, see a doctor to evaluate symptoms of fatigue and malaise
