No worries!: Microgestin is a hormonal birth control. Any hormonal birth control, specially in the first few weeks of initiation, may cause slight engorgement and tenderness in breasts. It will decrease very soon in the next couple of weeks. If any other symptoms added, like fever, chill, discharge or change of the skin color, then see a doctor.
