Been having stool issues-normal today. brown & sunk to bottom. but, turned toilet water to look like urination, but no urination. why did that happen?

Stool: Part of stool is hemoglobin from dead red blood cells as well as digested food. One of these simply colored the toilet water. Nothing to be worried about.
