Endo omnipresent: If Endometriosis is everywhere around your major organs (omnipresent) then you and your MD need to have a discussion about whether to retain your reproductive structures or not. The removal of the uterus, Fallopian tubes and ovaries may not guarantee that the Endometriosis will not recur as it can still "spread" to urinary bladder, umbilicus, etc. The use of a GnRh Agonist Rx may also help.
