Injection site? : It sounds as if you are talking about the injection site? There may be a tiny visible "hole" where the needle was introduced in the day following vaccination. If you are talking about a raised red area which is "draining" liquid ( clear or otherwise) in the injection site, then baby needs to be looked at today! How is she acting? Feeding well? No fever? Easily consolable if you pick her up?
