Migraine frequency: Probably would benefit from migraine prophylactic medication (topamax, amlopidine, verapamil, propanolol) to keep down the frequency and intensity of these migraines attacks. Check your local organic grocer for something called Feverfew. It's a natural product used for aborting migraine attacks.
