NO: You're thinking of bacterial vaginosis, which is more common with people having unprotected anal sex. Chlamydia means someone had sex with another person outside of the marriage leading to you getting chlamydia. Many men will make up crazy stories to convince wives and girl friends the STD came from something other than cheating.
