Maybe: Depending on how much urine he is still able to make...he may get away with it. Or he may become fluid overloaded in his lungs and be unable to breathe. Ultimately, he will decide which makes him feel better (or worse) - dialysis once or 3X a week. While 3X a week is recommended, the way he feels best is what's most important.
