Mixed message: You describe a weird situation. Is the cut on the foot red, hot, swollen, tender and getting worse ? No lymph nodes in the groin? Are you coughing, nauseated, burning on urination...Etc.? A foot wound should have local nodes involved. You may have a virus, or something else going on besides the healing foot cut. If you are not getting better, a doc visit is probably a good idea to sort this out.
