It depends: If it's severe and prevents you from functioning, than you need to be seen by a doctor and sooner rather than later, possibly in the ER. If it's mild and doesn't prevent you from eating, drinking and functioning than setting up an appointment with your primary care semi-urgent isn't unreasonable. Nonetheless, you should be evaluated.
