Bloating: Don't drink fluids while eating, don't eat fast, avoid dairy products & wheat, avoid fizzy drinks & too much sugar/salt, don't chew gum, avoid apples/peaches/pears, avoid gasy foods such as beans/cabbage/onions/broccoli/asparagus/brussel sprouts, eat more fiber.
