Either: Yes, you can chew them both together. I looked up the ingredients, and while Bellybar has better ingredients than Centrum, it is still a mediocre supplement, as it contains sub-optimal forms of vitamins such as folic acid (synthetic), and cyanocobalamin, instead of methylfolate and methylcobalamin.
