No: Avoid tramadol with Adderall / vyvanse, risk of seizure activity. Try other analgesics, call your doctor, meanwhile you can use OTC acetaminophen or NSAIDs, unless contraindicated, as they don't interact with the other drugs (Adderall /vyvanse)
