Probably ulnar nerve: This is the distribution of the ulnar N which is commonly trapped at the elbow in the cubital tunnel, or less commonly at the wrist, guyon's canal. Shooting pain is the give away for nerve involvement. See a PMR doc or ortho doc or neurologist for an evaluation to diagnose this and get treatment. Braces, deep,heat, injections, or surgery may be indicated but need to diagnose cause first
