You Wanna Get High?: The more you exercise the more your metabolism will ramp-up (to a limit, of course), especially if you do sprints 2-3 times a week. You'll notice it takes longer to cool down. Your basal metabolism will be increased in general and with the development of more muscle it will go higher (it takes a lot more energy to metabolize muscle than fat). Please don't do it with drugs. You'll regret it.
