Likely yes: There aren't medicines that reverse autism but anxiety is high in autism and it sounds like it may be anxiety preventing you from living a fulfilling life. Yes there are medicines that help anxiety in autism. Please see your local psychiatrist, ideally a child and adolescent psychiatrist.

No med but: While there is no specific medication, contact your local Autism group and join a social pragmatically group. While not an autism medication, those medications that increase brain Dopamine levels may give some help with initiation help you move out of your seclusion. Speak to a psychiatrist for help.
