2 things of note: 1) Very low mcv,microcytosis,requires a measure of body iron stores,either by checking a ferritin or a bone marrow biopsy( the gold standard) 2) Suppressed TSH suggest hyperthyroidism( too much thyroid hormone) and requires further investigation
