Unlikely: This is prob more hormonal in etiology. If the next menses is not normal, then GYN apt.

Maybe: Possible, but other much more likely reasons too. Tubal ligations fail roughly one out of every 100 times - the tubes don't grow back together but can form a fistula. A home pregnancy test will answer you question today, best wishes.
