Irregular periods: Irregular periods are one of the most common problems obgyns treat. If this is one time problem it usually resolves on its own. If this is a recurring problem you should be evaluated. Infections & hormonal changes can cause spotting. If there is a concern for pregnancy then do a home pregnancy test . There are many options available to help regulate the menstrual cycle. Schedule a visit.

Mind Over Matter??: That's a stunner.I'm not familiar with a menstrual cycle tied to the exact days of the week. They're usually tied to their own inner biologic/hormonal clock, which can be variable but not,to my knowledge, constant in relationship to days of the week.I'd say off the cuff that a one-day variance in your particular pattern shouldn't matter much.I'd also say you're an unusual case.Give a call to Art Bell

Irregular periods: Irregular periods are very common. If you normally have regular periods and then suddenly have one that is early or late this usually gets better on its own with cycles returning to normal over the next few months. If you are not wanting to be pregnant you should discuss birth control which will also help with cycle control.
