You can test: You can test if you like. If your period came at the correct time then most likely you just had a light period. Anytime you think you are pregnant it is certainly acceptable to take a home test. Consider starting birth control to prevent until you are ready

Every time i take a home test i get a positive, but then i go to the dr. and it comes back negative. What could cause this? The home tests are all different kinds and taken about 3-4 days missed period?
