Can you have a period for more than two weeks i had my regular period at the time i was suppose to last month around the holidays like the 20th of december and then i got it again at the beginning of january i thought it was normal cause my cycle changes

This : This is called dysfunctional uterine bleeding. There are many reasons. The most common are hormonal fluctuations, uterine fibroids, and endometrial hyperplasia (thickened uterine lining); pregnancy also needs to be excluded. You should see your doctor for an evaluation and diagnostic testing as deemed necessary. You should also be screened for anemia.
