Cap'nHookWuldBeProud: I imagine that any significant bump on the bridge of the nose would be visible because the skin is so thin right there and there is no room for it to hide,unless you've just been bashed in the nose and there's lots of swelling. Which brings up trauma, which can cause it or just being born with it,or with a predisposition for it so it appears later, like during adolescence.Yes, it's called Aquiline
