Wanting to know if i should go back to the emergency department being the pain i have has still been there now for over two weeks since been there?

Hard to know but...: This is impossible to answer without knowing details of the nature of your pain, what the ER doc diagnosed and what treatment was advised. It sounds reasonable to see a doctor again but the ER may not be the most appropriate place to go as it's best used for emergencies. They may not do a thorough evaluation if it's not an emergency. Might be best to see a family doc or an appropriate specialist.
