MRI - Gold Standard: MRI is the "gold standard" for categorizing uterine anomalies due to its 98-100% accuracy. Uterine Didelphys has separate divergent uterine horns with uniformly separate endometrial cavities, two separate cervices and often a vaginal septum. Bicornuate uterus has two widely devergent (>75%) uterine horns and a thick septum composed of myometrium.
