Fear of being: embarrassed can be at the root of your social anxiety. Remembering that we all have fears and even admitting to others that we get anxious when we public speak, go to restaurants, are in crowds, etc. can help. The energy we put into hiding this is not helpful. A clinical psychologist can help. Peace and good health.
