Diagnosed with pilonidal cyst given antibiotics since, it's a lot worse painful hot red/purple and i'm feeling a bit sick/dizzy. what shall i do?

Pilonidal cyst: Inflamed cyst turning into an abscess, needs to be looked at soon.

Surgery: This won't be cured by meds. You need surgical excision by a general surgeon

I still have a raised red bump 2 weeks after a tick bite. The ring is disappearing with antibiotic oitment.. feeling tired and dizzy at times.
Went to eye doc- eyelid was red and swollen. Got an antibiotic ointment (Neomycin and Polymyxin B Sulfates & Dexamethasone Ophthalmic Ointment) but not sure if allergy or dirt. Taken 1 day. Super dizzy, & eye feels all better. Can I stop taking it?
