See an Orthopedist: You may have knee strain or tendonitis or torn a meniscus. You will need to be evaluated by an Orthopedist who may order an MRI of your knees to rule out any more serious problems. Until then, wear a knee brace and walk with a cane or crutches to keep the weight off your right knee. Tumeric 500mg twice a day helps to decrease inflammation as well as Homeopathic Arnica. Ice the tender spots.
