Depends upon height: Check out http://www.nhlbi.nih.gov/health/educational/lose_wt/BMI/bmicalc.htm. Ideal weight depends upon height when calculating body mass index (BMI). Normal is 18.5-24.9. This assumes average muscle mass. If you have more muscle than most, you might calculate as overweight, perhaps even obese, despite having less body fat. But in general, BMI is good place to start for non-athletes.
