When i rest my chin on my hand/knee i get tons of little purple marks under my chin. are they bruises? how can i make them go away?

Not sure: what you mean!! Send a picture!!!! This may be tiny veins dilating from pressure...Stop doing it!!!! They should go away in time! Hope this helps! Dr Z
