Yes: The whole issue of food allergy/sensitivity is very complex. An elimination diet can reveal very interesting information. Usual suspects are wheat, corn, soy and dairy. Beef, pork, soy, coffee and apple are common causes of joint pain. Craved foods are also usual suspects. Try an elimination diet, you may be very surprised at what you find! Be sure to eat as "clean" and organic as possible
