About

Bio

I am residency trained and board certified in emergency medicine, but I have always had a passion for health and wellness. After over 6 years of full-time emergency medicine practice I made the transition into an office based practice of integrative and environmental medicine. I try to help people build the "foundation" of their health with optimal nutrition, appropriate exercise, quality sleep and stress management. The environmental medicine aspect of our practice seeks to identify and remove environmental causes of illness.

Specialties
Doctors may have more than one area of specialty interest. Board certification in a specialty area means the doctor has completed formal training and has practice experience in that specialty, and has passed the certification examination from the corresponding accredited medical specialty board.
