Pelvic Girdle: 20's/f w. chronic IBS-like symptoms has back & hip pain. Unifying diagnosis: pelvic girdle sacroiliac joint, SIJ, disorder. SIJ pain commonly radiates to low back & "hip". IBS is highly associated with Hypermobility Syndrome & pelvic girdle instability. Parasympathetic irritation & dysautonomia, whereat these autonomic nerves cross ventral SIJ, possibly explains IBS; a functional disorder.
