A member asked:

What are bilateral ureteral jets being seen when referring to the kidneys ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Flow to bladder: Ureteral jets are seen on an ultrasound of the bladder. They signify flow of urine from the ureters (kidney tubes) into the bladder, which shows that there is no obstruction/blockage of the kidneys.
