Dont use any other: substances, including street drugs, OTC meds, or alcohol after a meth bender (unless a medication is specifically prescribed to you by an MD who is aware of your meth use, and still advises taking the med). I know you're probably feeling awful right now, but adding even OTC medications to the mix only increases medical risk, & wont make you feel better ;(Think about treatment for substance use.

Hey i took 2 and about a half 30mL of nyquil and i have a somewhat euphoric feeling thats a bit too intense and now i have trouble sleeping + annoying ringing when i sleep. i took it 1am on monday and its 3am wednesday. its overwhelming, thanks.
