What is the good oral take for bowel movement..

Depends: do you want softer stools or firmer stools? constipation is more common than diarrhea. increase fluids in diet that are caffiene free, water, fruit juices, etc. also consider more fresh fruits and vegetables. fruits should have skins. finally increase fibre along with fluids. they work better that way.

Fiber foods: Perhaps best would be plenty of fruits, vegetables and whole grain cereals daily. If stool is not regularly softly formed, try adding crushed psyllium seeds (eg, sugar-free Metamucil), nuts and dried fruit, a little more daily until stool is consistently optimal. Best cereals are oatmeal, shredded wheat and grape nuts.
