No. Stop that stuff.: A person, especially a young person, should go natural. That means healthy natural foods, healthy low-sugar or non-sugared drinks, lean protein, plenty of vegetables, some nuts, and some fish. Healthy teens need not use supplements, unless they and their doctors feel there is an actual medical problem that prevents getting enough nutrients from food.
