R/O LIPOMA: If the lumps on the neck and in the arm pit are movable it is less worisome and may be a lipoma. You need a Doppler le Us to evaluate for DVT/CYST/LIPOMA. Also CT OF CHEST/ ABD/PELVIS WITH ORAL AND IV CONTRAST TO SCREEN FOR OTHER ADENOPATHY. Please seek prompt evaluation for this issue if symptoms persist or worsen, a biopsy may be need to rule out LYMPHOMA
