Seeds: Review your diet? Have your been eating a lot of apples? If not then it needs evaluation. Seeds from apples contain a compound called amygdalin, a compound which releases toxic cyanide This only happens if the tough outer coat is broken or the seed is crushed, so avoid ingesting the seeds. If intact seeds are noted in the feces it is not likely to be a problem.
