Get seen: You deserve a good physical exam and probably endoscopy. You may have achalasia, an ulcer, or any of several other treatable things. We aren't going to do anything more here.

Need testing.: Your symptoms could represent gastritis, or even an ulcer. You need some testing - blood testing and an EGD would be the most direct way to begin this investigation.
