This is serious: I am going to assume that you are iron deficient even if you have a high RBC; you may have coexisting thal minor or whatever. You need to be evaluated for possible sources of iron loss -- unless your monthly cycles are very heavy or you are a non-supplementing vegetarian, we worry about stomach ulcers, gut cancer, hookworm, more. CRP's not helpful here. The workup needs to continue.
