Fever Blister: If it is always present - it might not be a fever blister. Is it involving your ear canal? See you have an anxiety disorder. Is this an issue that had been medically addressed? If your doctor does not find this to be particularly concerning would wonder if this is a obsessive fear. If yes, would address this issue with your therapist.
