Sore throat: Most throat infections are viral harmless and resolve on their own Viral infections tend to ulcer as shown in this pic. Strep infections need to b treated to prevent heart and kidney damage. These infections generally cause pain when u swallow and are associated with headaches and upset stomach. Note fever is not a reliable symptom. If u have the strep symptoms u need to see a doc.

Scratch injury: To the tonsils is unlikely to cause ear pain and white blister. symptoms suggest URI tract infection. Urgent care or PCP evaluation will be appropriate
