Sorry but no: if you are truly 7 weeks and 3 days there should be a heartbeat. However, please understand there is a standard deviation of 4-5 days so your dates may be off. It is best to wait 1-2 weeks and repeat the study and then see what's happened. Good luck and talk to your doctor
