Transient virus: Kids in this age group are due for 5-7 respiratory and 2-3 gut viruses per year. Many have few if any symptoms. If the kid is behaving fine with no interruption of feeds/ patterns, it is okay to monitor at home. If prone ot ear infections or off schedule with activities it may be worth a visit.
