Exercise Symptoms: Exercise induced breathing issues could be due to deconditioning and/or exercise induced asthma (bronchoconstriction). Could benefit from pre-treating with albuterol 10-15 minutes prior to exercise. See an Allergist or Pulmonologist to get further evaluation and testing.

Oxygen demand.: Assuming you don't have a medical condition that makes breathing difficult (asthma, emphysema, anemia, CHF, heart disease), jogging increases your body's demand for oxygen and need to rid itself of carbon dioxide so you'll find yourself breathing harder.
