Gastroenteritis: Stomach viruses often go through phases with different sets of symptoms. Yesterday you may have been vomiting and today have diarrhea. Tomorrow you might have some constipation or the whole thing might be gone and you start to feel normal again. It's good that you went to the hospital for IV fluids. Dehydration is no joke. I hope you feel better soon.
