Anxiety does not: have to be treatedw/medication. You can learn some techniques to manage it w/the help of a clinical psychologist. We all get anxious, yours is to a degree that it impacts your function and comfort levels. You can do it. Peace and good health.

Uncontrolled Anxiety: Uncontrolled anxiety = feeling miserable. At least be medically evaluated to rule out underlying medical causes even if you elect not to take anxiety meds.
