I started zoloft on 19 feb 2015 50mg on 27 feb increased to 100mg on 3 march 2015 increased to 150mg and on 10 march 2015 i increased to 200mg. today is 28th 18 days have passed on 200mg. i should feel better after one month from increase dose to 200mg or

No guarantee: Often the effects of a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (like Zoloft (sertraline)) become more prominent after 4 to 6 weeks time. Some people need off label doses of Zoloft (sertraline) (higher than 200 mg). Some people need additional medications to augment the Zoloft (sertraline). Hope you have a good response. Take care.
