Yes, they should.: A CT scan of the brain will find most tumors. A chest X-ray will show whether your lungs are clear or whether there is fluid, an infection or inflammatory process, or any tumors. It will also show the size of your heart. An abdominal X-ray will show whether you have a blockage in your intestines. For pain with bowel movements, you need a rectal exam to start.
